Concept:

The concept behind toppshopper.com is to gather all the best online web shops, worldwide, in one place (an online shopping mall) Meaning the buyers can find any Web Shop articles/items from any country, worldwide at one shopping mall.
The shopping malls lay-out is designed for the normal average online shoppers, easy to understand and simple to find around in.
As a start each shopping mall will have 28 floors, all are divided into 28 categories, i.e., one category for each floor, e.g. women fashion & Associates – Travelling & Hotels etc.
Each floor, will for a start have 12 separate web shops in the same category, distributed on 2 sliders per floor, with 6 webshops on each slider, more sliders can be added on each floor when/if needed. e.g. 12 separate women fashion & associates web shops, from where the buyer can choose the specific articles/items the buyer is looking to buy, worldwide.
It will always be possible to add new floors if and when needed. Same with the number of sliders on each floor, meaning more web shops per floor.
The long-term plan is to open an online shopping mall in all countries, worldwide. Meaning we will have 2 shopping malls in ALL countries. One shopping mall in each of the local languages (e.g. French or Chinese) and one shopping mall in English. The local languages shopping mall will be for local shopping. (in country shopping) The English shopping mall is for shoppers who want to shop outside their own country.
The short-term plan is to open an online shopping mall in all English-speaking countries, worldwide. US – the UK – Australia – Singapore etc. https://toppshopper.com 19 English shopping malls are online at the moment.
A part of toppshopper.com will also be the “online shopper consumer community” OSCC. A member group for online shoppers, worldwide. The purpose of OSCC is together with the members to fight online webshop cheating and fraud as well as giving consumer (online shoppers) influence and impact on the online shopping business, worldwide.

Potential income for each online shopping mall:

Each online shopping mall consists of 28 floors with 12 webshops on each floor. 19 online shopping malls are ready to rent out web shops space in all categories. Meaning toppshopper.com is ready to start various marketing campaigns, like e-mail campaigns, in order to draw attention to our presence in the online shopping business.
A few small general adjustments have to be done: Like – an improvement of the graphics on the sliders, install a search bar etc. For this, we will need to hire expert freelancers’ within the different sections.

The marketing plan:

We are ready to start out with social media marketing. For a start, an e-mail marketing campaign needs to be prepared by collecting web shops contact e-mails to be sent out to the web show owners in the different countries.
There are 2 ways to make the social media marketing campaign. 1. The fast and properly best way is to buy the expertise needed online. This is also the way which cost most, meaning demand/cost more investment. 2. Make the marketing campaign step by step, meaning make the social media campaign at 1 shopping mall at the time.
